Our Litigation group also has substantial expertise dealing with electronic discovery disputes. When encountering sophisticated electronic discovery “situations,” we pro-actively advise clients on cost-effective steps to address them. In today’s litigation environment, virtually any litigation involves some element of electronic discovery and requires early attention to e-discovery issues. One of our litigation partners is a columnist for The New York Law Journal writing on electronic discovery issues. He lectures in this area at law schools and before bar and judicial organizations, and is also a member of the Electronic Discovery Working Group for the New York State Court System. In addition, he is Co-Chair of the Social Media Committee of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association.
