Attuned, Attentive, Effective

Mr. Cohen represents businesses of all sizes in a full range of civil and commercial litigation, including breach of contract, insurance coverage, product liability, construction, fraud, securities and commodities, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and defamation. He is experienced in all phases of litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and in arbitral forums.

A skilled, efficient litigator, Mr. Cohen breaks down the issues and devises a precise path toward an optimal resolution. He gives clients his undivided attention and understands their predicaments, then solves them.
