Mr. Lederman is an Associate in the Real Estate Transactions and Cooperatives and Condominiums Practices.
A Natural Collaborator
As a member of the real estate team, Mr. Lederman represents purchasers, sellers, lessees, and lessors of commercial and residential properties, including cooperatives, condominium units, office space, private homes, and townhouses. He also represents developers in connection with their mixed-use and residential developments, including drafting offering plan amendments. As counsel to cooperative and condominium boards, he advises on issues of corporate governance and transactions, including revising corporate documents, access license agreement, and day-to-day management issues.
Prior to joining Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer, Mr. Lederman was a post-graduate Fellow at Brooklyn Law School’s Center for Urban Business Entrepreneurship.
