Laura Raheb is an associate with the firm concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, general liability malpractice and special education.

Laura received her Juris Doctorate from St.  John’s University School of Law. While attending law school, Laura served as Editor in Chief of the St.  John’s Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. Her comment, The Future of Microfinance in the United States: Regulatory Reforms for Economic Prosperity, was selected for publication in the upcoming issue Spring 2017. While in law school, she earned CALI awards in Administrative Law, First Amendment and International Foreign Legal Research. In addition, Laura was actively involved in the Consumer Justice Clinic where she represented low-income, elderly members of the community in consumer matters, including foreclosure, debt consolidation, loan default and contractor fraud. Laura also interned for the Honorable Charles J.  Siragusa of the Western District of New York. As an intern, she conducted research, assisted with the drafting of opinions, and performed a mock trial with chambers.  Laura graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations.  During her college career, she played Varsity Volleyball and was involved with SUNY Geneseo’s Department of Disability and Veteran Affairs.  She earned All Academic Team and Commissioner’s List in 2011 and was awarded membership in Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, in 2012. She also took the opportunity to study abroad in Prague, Czech Republic and attended classes in World War II and the Cold War at Univerzita Karlova v Praze.
