Matthew Healey is a Counsel in the Cooperatives and Condominiums and Real Estate Transactions Practices at Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer.

Mr. Healey has experience with a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financings. He represents developers, owners, holders, investors, buyers, and sellers of significant commercial properties, multi-family developments, cooperative and condominium units, and high-end residences.

Mr. Healy also handles general day-to-day corporate governance on behalf of cooperative and condominium boards, including preparing and negotiating architect and contractor agreements, shareholder disputes, and mortgage financings.

Prior to joining Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer, Mr. Healey was associated with New York firms specializing in real estate financing and cooperative, condominium, and other real estate transfers and related transactions.
