EEOC Releases Fy 2013 Enforcement And Litigation Data
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) has just released its fiscal year 2013 data showing that the agency received 93,727 charges of work-place discrimination and obtained monetary recoveries exceeding $372 million, the highest in its history.
